FAQ What are your business hours? What languages do you edit? Currently, we edit English – American and British.
What types of documents do you edit? We edit and write all types of documents, excluding student papers. Check out our Services page for more information.
How much do you charge? That really depends on the job. For proofreading and copy editing, rates can start as low as $5 per page. It depends on word count, density of the content (mostly pertaining to websites) and job deadline. For larger jobs, including user interface and data testing work, we charge a consulting hourly rate starting at $50 per hour - depending on the complexity of the job and the job deadline. You may call during regular business hours or send us an email for a price quote.
What form of payment do you accept? We accept all credit cards and eChecks through PayPal. We also accept regular business checks and good old fashioned cash for local transactions.
How do I get my document to you? If it’s a smaller document, such as a brochure or a menu, the preferred method is electronically through email. However, we accept all forms of document transfer including disk or printed documents through snail mail.
How long will it take to edit my document? That depends on the document length and the content. Contact us to get a price quote.
When you are finished with editing my document, will you be returning it with proofreading marks or will you send a clean copy (final copy, ready for printing)? We can do both. Sometimes, our clients prefer to decide whether or not to accept changes. Other times, many clients just want the finished product with no marks. The choice is yours.
